Soumya Post-Graduated from the College of Business Studies, University of Delhi in 2011. She started her career as an HR Professional and soon she gained expertise in Talent Acquisition, Bulk-Hiring, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Policy Framework, Compliance, HR Operations, Client Servicing and Customer-Service.

She has spearheaded Recruitment Initiatives for multiple Industries with her major strength in – Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, E-Commerce, Technology, Food & Beverage, KPO/LPO, and Luxury & Lifestyle.

Over the years, she has developed in-depth understanding of HR functions and domains across business verticals. She has a natural flair for writing which helped her in carving a path for a “Creative Writing Career”.

By 2016, Along with a small team, she started HIRING STAND to serve the growing writing requirements of candidates and clients globally.
